At Paleo Pit Stop, we're all about fresh, local ingredients with minimal processing or genetic modification. We're talking Grass-fed beef, pastured eggs, seasonal fruits, the works.

We try our best to source directly from local Texan farms, and when that's not possible, we buy only the highest quality ingredients from places like HEB's Central Market or Costco's organic produce section. Check out our "Suppliers" page under "About Us" to see exactly where we get our food.

What's Important is that your diet suits YOU. You are the best gauge for how you feel. If Paleo foods work for you, great. If not, then try other foods! There is no one, all-encompassing diet that will cure everything for everyone.

Let me repeat that: there is no one diet that works for everyone.

We are all genetically different, so we all require different foods. There can be a thousand studies showing the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids, but if you don't feel better or see improved medical results, then you shouldn't eat more omega-3s!

We're not trying to peddle some fool-proof weight-loss scheme. The Paleo diet works for us and our friends, so we want to share it with others.
